1) Who we are

BuildWithDani (BWD) is the controller and publisher of the Services.

2) Using our Services

• You must be 13+ (or the age of digital consent in your region).
• Keep your credentials confidential and accurate.
• We may update or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practical.

3) Licenses & product-specific terms

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use our software solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.

3.1 Flotix — Roblox Script Protection & Licensing

Flotix provides Roblox script protection and license key management, including game binding and account-based licensing services.

License Use:

• Each purchase grants a limited, non-transferable license to use the product.
• Licenses may be restricted to a specific number of Roblox games ("game slots").
• Licenses may be bound to Roblox Game IDs and cannot exceed the allowed limit.

Restrictions:

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Flotix products
• Share license keys publicly or with unauthorized users
• Circumvent licensing, binding, or usage restrictions
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected logic beyond what is necessary for normal use

Enforcement:

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or revoke licenses that violate these Terms
• Disable access if abuse, sharing, or misuse is detected

Flotix is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

License Binding & Usage Limits

Flotix licenses may include limits on the number of Roblox games in which a product can be used. Once a license is bound to a game, it may not be transferred unless explicitly allowed.

Attempts to bypass or manipulate these limits may result in suspension or termination of access.

3.2 Astrix — Discord Bot

• Provides moderation, leveling, economy, and support-ticket features for Discord servers you authorize.
• You are responsible for configuring permissions and complying with Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Policy.
• Astrix is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.

3.3 Parked ideas — Arrivio & AutoIQ

Arrivio and AutoIQ may appear on buildwithdani.com as future product ideas. They are not currently available for purchase, install, or use under these Terms. Product-specific license terms for those products will be published if and when they launch.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Breach laws or third-party rights;
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• Scrape, mine, or bulk-export data except via documented features;
• Circumvent technical restrictions or license gating.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5) Subscriptions, payments & taxes

Paid features (if any) are billed via our payment provider (e.g., Stripe) according to the presented plan and billing interval. Prices may change with prior notice. You're responsible for any applicable taxes.

• One-time purchases grant ongoing access to the purchased product, subject to these Terms.
• Subscription plans (if applicable) provide access to updates, features, or tools while active.
• Failure to maintain an active subscription may limit access to certain features but will not revoke previously purchased base functionality unless explicitly stated.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless required by law. Refunds may be provided only if a product is non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue.

6) Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services—including software, content, logos, and trademarks—belong to BWD and our licensors. You retain ownership of your content and grant us the necessary rights to operate the Services.

7) Third-party services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., Discord, analytics, payments). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.

8) Warranty disclaimer

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BWD and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims relating to the Services is limited to the amounts paid by you to BWD in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, those limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

10) Term & termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access with notice if you materially breach these Terms or to comply with law.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll update the "Effective" date and provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use means you accept the changes.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue and jurisdiction lie in the courts located in the United States.
